Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns will be accepted up to 45 days from date of customer receipt.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Due to manufacturer policies, some returned items are subject to restocking fees.
- Product(s) must be in new and resalable condition with original packaging.
- Videos tapes, consumables, CD-ROMs and computer software must be unopened.
Footwear Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
- Returned footwear will be accepted up to 45 days from date of customer receipt.
- Product(s) must be in new and resalable condition with original invoice and un-damaged packaging. (Do not apply tape or postage/mailing labels on the actual shoe box. If we have to replace the box due to damage there will be a $20 box fee applied to your refund). Products returned not in their original condition, or in damaged packaging, will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you are unsure of the fit, please do not wear them outside. Shoes must be in
new condition to be eligible for a return and wearing them outside is an almost
guaranteed way to make them in not-new condition.

- Carefully re-package your box to prevent shipping damages
- Mail your package to us using a trackable shipper, such as UPS, DHL, or Insured US Mail, and be sure to retain your tracking number for future reference.
OR
- Call us at (800) 549-1667, and we will provide you with instructions for the return.
The cost of the product will be refunded once your package has been received back to us in new and resalable condition.

We ship every in-stock item within 1 to 2 business days . If an item is on backorder, you will be notified and we'll take whatever action is most convenient for you.

Where We Ship
We ship throughout the United States. Sorry but we can not process international orders at this time. Free Shipping promotions are EXCLUDED for Alaska and Hawaii.
How We Ship
We ship all packages via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground. Once your package ships, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Express Shipping options are also available - see order form.
